Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
The product is in its original condition: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be returned
Note: Certain items like clearance products, opened projector lamps, and digital/downloadable products are non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used projector lamps
Digital downloads, software licenses, or activation codes
Customized or special-order items
Products returned without original packaging or missing parts

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:
Defective or damaged on arrival
Incorrect product received
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Photos of the damaged/defective item
Unboxing video (recommended for fragile items like projectors)

Refund Process

If your return is approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, bank account)
Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
In case of a wrong or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must be returned as per return policy.
